Objective For the sake of early detecting pilots with functional disorder but lack of clinical symptoms,this study aimed at establishing an objective method for evaluating psychophysiological reserve capability (PRC) of pilots. Methods Combining the technique of flight simulation with experimental psychology and professional medicine,appropriated equipments were adopted,test and evaluating methods were established.The efficaciousness and rationality of the PRC evaluating system were tested. Results (1) The PRC values in normal pilots (0.61±0.17) were in normal distribution,and significantly higher than those in pilots with disease(0.43±0.15 ,P <0.05).(2) PRC values of normal pilots were highly related to their real flight performance scores given by their instructors( r =0.27  ̄0.40, P <0.05 ). Conclusion The PRC of pilots was closely related to their flight ability.The test retest reliability of this system is satisfacory.

目的旨在建立飞行员心理生理功能的客观评价方法。方法采用飞行模拟技术与实验心理学和职业医学相结合的方法,建立一套飞行员心理生理储备的检测设备和评价方法,并对其有效性和合理性进行验证。结果健康飞行员心理生理储备值呈正态分布,其平均值(0.61±0.17)明显高于康复及有病飞行员的心理生理储备值(0.43±0.15,P<0.05)。且健康飞行员的储备值与其多种飞行技能有明显相关(r=0.27~0.40,P<0.05)。结论飞行中技能水平与该飞行员的心理生理储备值有关。经重复性测量,该系统设计合理,且稳定性良好。

Results Performance of dual task and processing information speed in experimental group were significantly lower than those in healthy group (P<0.01). There was cardiovascular autonomic nerve dysfunction in experimental group. Psychophysiological reserve was significantly correlated with many indexes of HRV. Conclusion Psychophysiological response and HRV analysis in two groups during flight in a simulator can reflect objectively cardiovascular autonomic nerve dysfunction in polots with orthostatic intolerance.

目的探讨立位耐力不良飞行员模拟空中环境下心脏自主神经功能调节状态和心理生理反应特点,为空中晕厥的诊断提供客观的评价方法。方法对22名立位耐力不良(不良组)飞行员进行了连续动态心电记录和模拟飞行条件下的心理生理参数测定与心率变异性(HRV)分析,并与15名立位耐力正常的健康飞行员(健康组)做了对比。结果不良组飞行员在模拟仪表飞行中心理生理储备能力明显降低,表现为完成两项任务的质量和处理信息速度的能力较健康组低(P<0.01);心血管自主神经功能严重失调;心理生理储备值与HRV多数指标之间存在明显的相关性。结论结合模拟仪表飞行条件下的心理生理负荷评定和HRV分析能较客观地反映立位耐力不良飞行员心血管自主神经功能障碍的发生机制和调节规律,为空中晕厥的诊断提供量化的指标。
