简要叙述了对聚氯乙烯车间转化工序监控系统的改造,简介了系统的硬件构成和软件功能。硬件部分采用IPC进行显示监控和数据处理,I/O模块安装在现场,选用带冷端温度补偿的热电偶输入模块等。软件部分中操作系统选用WindowsNT4.0中文版,监控软件采用GenieDAQ,经过改造节省了投资,增强了系统的扩展能力,工作状态稳定,满足了技术要求。

By the use of accurate temperature acquisition instrument,the hot and cold side temperature curves of polymethyl methacrylate material and their difference are recorded.Thermal conductivity and specific heat were calculated based on the quasi-steady state method.The numerical method was used in the correction of the experiment data.The corrected data were in the recommended range of relevant references.

基于准稳态法实验原理,运用精密温度采集设备,得到有机玻璃试件的热、冷端温升曲线及温差曲线,由此计算出其导热系数和比热。应用数值方法对测试结果进行了修正。修正后的导热系数和比热均在相关文献推荐范围之内。
