Objective Applying mathematical principle to build mathematical mode to study renal compensatory adjustment action in the acute respiratory acid-base balance disturbance quantitatively.Methods It is introduced a new compliance concept of renal compensatory adjustment action by the clue of functional relationship of PaCO_(2) and(HCO~-_3)to reflect the strength of compensatory adjustment action with changed scope of compliance of renal compensatory adjustment action.Applying curve fitted method quantitates ability of renal compensatory adjustment in acute respiratory acid-base balance disturbance.Results It is drawn out that changed scope graph of compliance about renal compensatory adjustment in acute respiratory acidosis and alkalosis.Corresponding fitted regression equations are found,which are ~^Y_(呼酸左)=-0.6136+0.1556 ln X,~^Y_(呼酸右)=0.4119e~(-0.0142X),~^Y_(呼碱左)=0.45-0.2558e~(0.0196X),~^Y_(呼碱右)=0.2073e~(0.0231X).Conclusion Changed scope of compliance of renal compensatory adjustment action measures ability of renal compensatory adjustment more objectively.These fitted regression equations may remedy some insufficiencies of traditional patterns and provide a new way for the further study of renal compensatory adjustment action.

目的在急性呼吸性酸碱平衡紊乱的研究中,应用数学原理,建立数学模型,对肾的代偿调节作用进行量化研究。方法以血浆PaCO2和〔HCO3-〕之间的函数关系为线索,引入肾代偿调节作用的顺应性这一新概念,用肾代偿调节作用顺应性的变化范围,反映其代偿调节作用的强度;应用曲线拟合法,对急性呼吸性酸碱平衡紊乱时肾的代偿调节能力进行量化。结果绘制出急性呼吸性酸中毒和碱中毒时,肾代偿调节顺应性变化范围图,求出相应的拟合回归方程为Y^呼酸左=-0.6136+0.1556 lnX、Y^呼酸右=0.4119e-0.0142X、Y^呼碱左=0.45-0.2558e0.0196X、Y^呼碱右=0.2073e0.0231X。结论肾代偿调节作用顺应性的变化范围可较客观衡量肾的代偿调节能力,本拟合回归方程可以弥补传统模式的某些不足,为今后深入研究肾的代偿调节作用提供了新的方法。
