The piezoelectric and piozoelectric voltage coefficient increased with addition of Lan-doped content, but decreased after reaching a peak value.The Curie temperatures raised, the piezoelectric and piezoelectric voltage coefficient were improved for all the compositions after a higher temperatuer annealing (900℃ 8h). It resulted from the order-disorder transition in such materials. 研究了不同镧掺杂量与Pb(1-x)Lax(Sc1/2Ta1/2)0.55Ti0.45O3(x=0,x=0.005,x=0.01,x=0.02,x=0.03)陶瓷材料居里温度、压电常数及压电电压常数之间的关系以及高温热处理对材料性能的影响。研究表明材料的居里温度随镧添加量的提高按26℃/1atm%的幅度下降,只是在x=0.005处出现异常现象,即该组份的材料的居里温度与x=0处相比稍有提高;材料的压电常数d33和压电电压常数g33随镧掺杂量的变化呈一定的规律性,即在掺杂量较低时,随镧掺杂量的提高而提高,但当达到一个峰值后开始降低;高温热处理(900℃8h)使得材料的居里温度提高(提高幅度大约为15℃),并且能明显改善材料的压电性能,这种现象是材料结构由无序向有序转变的结果。绝热处理的陶瓷材料其压电常数最大达d33=533×10-12C/N,最大压电电压常g33=63.1mV·m/N。

定量研究了具有几何非线性热弹性压电圆板的频率压电控制特征,考察了环境温度改变引起的热弹性效应和非线性大振幅振动对其控制特性的影响等.研究结果表明:环境温度的变化使压电控制的固有频率受到影响,而在压电电压较大时,振幅对振动频率影响不大.
