According to the results of our test in pilot plant, we developed a new carbonization-decomposition technology and seeding precipitation technology to produce coarse and solid alumina. The main characteristics of this new technology are: 1. The main physical properties of Sandy alumina are: for carbonization sandy alumina particle size (%)+150μm 8.7,—45μm7.3 attrition index 16.7% for seeding preciprtation Sandy alumina particle size (%)+150μm 5.4,—45μm8.4 attrition index 11.6% 2. without lowering the precipitation yield of carbonization-decomposition and the quality of alumina 3. without lowering the productivity of carbonization and seeding precipitation tanks 4. Sandy alumina can be produced without classification.

我们尝试用模式识别方法初步研究了烧结法熟料成份对氧化铝溶出率(标溶)的影响,使用九个变量建立了模式空间,并通过映射降维在模式空间中找到一个区分高溶出区和低溶出区的判别面。发现各样本点离判别面的距离与氧化铝标溶有很好的相关。由此得出的数学模型有益于辅助生产工艺优化。
