It has been shown in present work that the soaking temperature of hot rolling for silicon steel can be reduced remarkably if there is a proper amount of Al and N in steel. Since the presence of a proper amount of N in steel is indispensable to form AlN as effective inhibitor, at expense of Ala.s., the values of nitrogen both dissolved and contained in A1N were .determined by hot hydrogen extraction method. The processing of grain-oriented silicon steel would be greatly simplified according to present study....

Since the presence of a proper amount of N in steel is indispensable to form AlN as effective inhibitor, at expense of Ala.s., the values of nitrogen both dissolved and contained in A1N were .determined by hot hydrogen extraction method. The processing of grain-oriented silicon steel would be greatly simplified according to present study. In order to reveal the mechanism of loss reduction of silicon steel by stress coating, the tension effect on domain structure has been systematically studied. The result showed that (1) the true closure domain structure is more complicated than the usually used model; (2) the origin of refining 180° domain by tension is the growth of reversal domain-spikes, rather than the moving of 180° domain. The study of compression effect on domain structure showed that the "λ"-like domain would form under higher compression, and a model of "A"-like compression induced domain structure has been proposed.

我们的研究表明,钢中适量Al与N的存在可显著降低热轧前的板坯加热温度。用热氢抽取法测定了钢中固溶氮和AlN中的氮,指出钢中Al与N主要是通过形成弥散的AlN抑制相,保证二次再结晶的顺利进行。此项研究为利用我国资源和现有设备生产优质冷轧取向硅钢提供了必要的技术和工艺参数。为深入理解应力涂层降低损耗的机理,系统研究了硅钢磁畴结构的张力效应。结果表明:(1)180°畴端面的真实闭合畴结构远较文献中惯用的模型复杂;(2)张应力使180°畴细化,并不靠180°壁的移动,而有赖于反向磁化畴-匕首畴的长大。压应力效应的研究指出,除文献中提到的横向条状畴外,在更高的压力下将出现“人”字畴纹。并提出了“人”字形压应力畴纹的结构模型。

In argon and hydrogen extraction, this process compared with the purge gas without going through the second ammonia synthesis has less amount of gas to be treated by deep refrigeration, higher refrigeration capacity by isothermal expansion effect, lower operation energy consumption with less than half of facility investment. Therefore the new process increases economic results greatly.

Light hydrocarbon analysis has applied extensively in the petroleum ge- ochemistry in foreign countries.This paper gives a brief presentation on the techniques in the analysis of C_2—C_9 light hydrocarbons.This technique is developed on the basis of the Schaefer method (FRG) with the addition of a hydrogen extraction device to a conventional gas chromatography.This is a well developed technique. This paper demonstrates the application of the data from light hydroca- rbon analysis:the abundance of adsorbed hydrocarbons on the rocks can be determined directly,and the source rocks can be evaluated in terms of the hydrocarbon content and composition,and some straight forward parameters for exploration petroleum geology are thus provided (this paper emphasized the easy and rapid characteristics of this method,and therefore,it is wort- hwhile to generalize such a technique).

轻烃分析在国外已广泛应用于石油地球化学工作中。本文简要介绍轻质烃类 C_2—C_9的分析方法。本方法是在西德谢菲尔方法的基础上,自制氢抽提装置,采用一般气相色谱仪组装成的一套比较成熟的分析方法。本文阐述了轻烃分析数据的应用,可以直接测出岩石中吸附轻烃的贫富,从其含量和组成来解释和评价生油层,为石油地质勘探的研究工作提供较直观的参数。本文强调了本方法简便而快速的特点,指出轻烃分析是值得推广采用的方法。
