Therapenfic efficiency was evaluated for electrochemistry therapy in late malignant tumours. Methods Using SDILY-3type bioelectricity therapy apparatus.We had treated 20 cases of late malignant tumours including lung cancer (4 cases),liver cancer (5 cases),nasopharyngeal cancer(one case),cancer of parofid gland (one case),cancer of the vterine cerix (3cases),cutaneous cancer (4 cases) and metasfafic cancer in lymphaglandular cervicales (2 cases).Diameter of tumour was 3 0 to 25 0cm,under the location of X-ray and Brightness mode Ultrasound,cannulation was carried out with puncture trocar with insulator on therapentic position.Then,stylet was extracted and platinum needle was inserted.According to size of tumours,Yin Yang electrode and number of platinum needle were installed.In general,we put up 1 to 2 roots of positive pole in the center of tumour and 2 to 4 roots of negative pole on the border of tumour,Dosage of treatment was 300 to 500 coulomb,coming up to 1000 coulomb in a few cases.Therapentic efficiency was evalualed according to international universal criterion (IV grade criterion). Resalts Ⅰ grade was 6 cases (30%),Ⅱgrade 8 cases (40%),Ⅲ grade 4 cases (20%) and Ⅳ grade 2 cases (10%),after electrochemistry therapy.Total effective rate was 70 percent. Conclusions Electrochemistry therapy is a kind of new method for treatment of late malignant tumours and is provided with many advantages such as security,simplicity,no suffering,good effect,no side-effect,through clinical practice.It is worth for further study and appliance.

目的评价电化学疗法治疗晚期恶性肿瘤的疗效。方法采用SDILY—3型生物电场治疗仪,对随机求治于我院的肺癌(4例)、肝癌(5例)、鼻咽癌(1例)、腮腺癌(1例)、宫颈癌(3例)、皮肤癌(4例)和颈部淋巴结转移癌(2例),共20例进行电化学方法治疗。在X线和B超定位下将带有绝缘套管的穿刺针刺入治疗设定部位,然后取出穿刺针,换入铂金针(通电),根据肿瘤大小设置阴阳电极和铂金针的数量,一般肿瘤中心位置1~2根接极,肿瘤周边位置2~4根接阴极,治疗剂量为300~500库仑,疗效按国际通用的IV级评定标准评定。结果20例患者经电化学方法治疗,达到I级6例(占30%),Ⅱ级8例(占40%),Ⅲ级4例(占20%)和Ⅳ级2例(占10%),总有效率为70%。结论经临床证明,该疗法是一种继手术、化疗、放疗后,具有安全、简便、无痛苦、无毒副作用和疗效好的治疗方法,有待于进一步研究应用。

This paper analyses the present situation of the study and appliance of rainfall runoff yield model.Anew rainfall runoff yield model supported by GIS and remote sensing applied in river network areas of plain is putforward.The model considers the elements of underlying surface and storm as the factors yaring with changes ofspace and time,and uses remote sensing technique to timely acquire the variable underlying surface factors,such asantecedent soil moisture content.In addition to that,proceeding from the physical causes of the yield,the paper notonly sets up the mathematic model which reflects the inner mechanisms of the runoff yield and is easy to be used,but also simulates the yield and confluence state of the runoff in every small temporal-spatial units of the area.Allof these make the model have a high adaptability.Its application has shown a good agree with the actual condition.

分析了产流模型研究和应用现状及平原河网区产、汇流特点,提出了遥感、GIS支持下的平原河网区暴雨产流模型。模型将下垫面因素和暴雨因素列为随时空变化而变化的因子,并用遥感技术实时获取雨前土壤含水量等可变的区域下垫面数据;从物理成因出发,建立了反映暴雨产流内在机理、适合实际应用的数学模型,使模型具有高度的适应性,并对全区各时空单元的产、汇流情况分别进行计算模拟,模型计算结果与实际情况较为相符。
