高技术条件下的局部战争反映了信息化时代的基本特点.光电子技术在高技术局部战争中扮演着十分重要的角色,包括高分辨率的信息获取、特大容量的信息传输、超高密度的信息存储、特快速度的信息处理、轻小省电的平板显示,不仅使指挥控制更加灵活准确,作战周期大大缩短,而且也直接用于武器控制,提高武器的打击精度和促进武器的智能化、无人化.由于光电子技术在战场的广泛使用,光电对抗在战争中的作用日益增强.

Aiming at helping fighter pilots make more efficient decisions in weapon delivery, we defined the functions and the structure of the system as shown in Fig.1. The four main functions are: (1) situation evaluation, (2) tactical planning, (3) weapon assignment, and (4) store management. 对飞机武器发射 /投放管理系统的功能与结构进行了研究 ,提出了战术规划和武器分配所遵循的原则 ,利用模糊控制理论对系统方案的设计和实现作了详细的讨论 ,并结合数字仿真结果对该系统的可行性进行了分析。

The target recognition about intelligent weapon system is based on the target characteristics. The test of the noise signal about the taking off fighter is researched. Principle and function of the each part of the testing system are introduced and the characteristics of time zone and frequency zone are analyzed. Then, the valuable conclusion is obtained.

目标特性的研究是智能武器系统进行目标识别的基础。主要对某型战斗机在起飞阶段产生的噪声信号进行了测试方面的探讨 ,介绍了测试系统的原理和各部分的功能 ,并分析了其时域和频域特性 ,具有一定参考价值。
