我国金川地区的硫化铜镍矿石伴生有丰富的铂族金属,采用高冰镍磨浮法分选铜镍精矿的同时,产出具有磁性的铜镍合金,铂族金属富集于该合金中。将此合金单独用盐酸选择浸出镍后,可以回收铂、钯等贵金属。但在浸出了镍的铜渣中还含有约15—20%的镍无法浸出,虽经二次浸出等湿法冶金处理,效果仍然不佳,影响了有价成份的回收。本研究采用磨矿、磁选法处理盐酸选择浸出镍后的铜渣,可使铜渣中含镍降至10%以下,为进一步回收铜渣中的贵金属创造了良好的条件,并具有工艺过程简单、贵金属在处理过程中无损失等优点。
