Because the black color of molybdenum disulfide or graphite is not desired for application,their range is thus limited. The tribological characteristics of rare earth compounds ,their synergistic effect with other white solid lubricants, and the combination effect of solidoil were investigated. The test results showed that MFC1 white lubricating filmforming paste has high sintering load (above 7 840 N), the difference in the value of kinetic and static friction factor was as low as 0.015. This paste exhibits good antiwear, antirust and antiseizure properties as well. It has been succes sfully used as alternative of imported counterpart for the lubrication of the clutch of numerically controlled machine tool .This has broadened the application scope of rare earth materials in tribology.

在考察了稀土化合物的摩擦学特性及其与其它白色固体润滑剂的协同关系和固-油复合效应的基础上,研制出一种白色复合固体润滑剂MFC-1型白色润滑成膜膏.这种成膜膏具有高于7840N的烧结负荷,小至0.015的静、动摩擦因数差值,且具有抗磨、防锈和防卡咬等优良性能,已替代进口产品成功应用于国产数控机床卡盘的润滑,并为稀土开拓了新的应用领域.

Tungsten disulfide motor oil was prepared by using mineral oil and synthetic oil to deploy semisynthesis base oil,modifying the surfaces of ultrafine tungsten disulfide grains with surface chemical embellishment and adsorption embellishment and making them suspended steadily in the base oil as solid lubricating additive,and adding some function additives.After the contrast study on tribological characteristics of this kind motor oil and the well-known motor oils in our country and overseas, the results show...

Tungsten disulfide motor oil was prepared by using mineral oil and synthetic oil to deploy semisynthesis base oil,modifying the surfaces of ultrafine tungsten disulfide grains with surface chemical embellishment and adsorption embellishment and making them suspended steadily in the base oil as solid lubricating additive,and adding some function additives.After the contrast study on tribological characteristics of this kind motor oil and the well-known motor oils in our country and overseas, the results show that the oil film strength of this kind of motor oil is respectively 1.06 and 1.38 times of that of Shell Helix ultra motor oil and Great Wall motor oil, and its sintering load is 1.75 and 2.33 times of that of them.When tested under 392 N,1 450 r/min and 30 min,the friction coefficients of friction pairs lubricated by the tungsten disulfide motor oil decrease with the increase of time, the diameter of worn spot is small, and the surface of worn spot is smooth,there is no obvious furrows.The experiments indicate that the tungsten disulfide motor oil has the better antiwear, antifriction and extreme pressure properties than the well-known motor oil.

采用矿物油和合成油调配成半合成发动机油基础油,同时,通过表面化学修饰和吸附修饰表面改性超细二硫化钨颗粒,使其作为固体润滑添加剂稳定悬浮于基础油中,并加入一定量的功能添加剂,研制了一种二硫化钨发动机油。与国内外品牌发动机油进行摩擦学性能对比实验,发现该种发动机油的油膜强度分别是壳牌超凡喜力发动机油和国产长城发动机油的1.06倍和1.38倍,烧结载荷分别是它们的1.75倍和2.33倍,并且在392N、1450r/min、30min下长时间作用时,摩擦副的摩擦因数随时间的增长而减少,磨斑直径小,磨斑表面光滑,没有明显的犁沟出现。实验表明二硫化钨发动机油具有比国内外品牌发动机油更加优良的抗磨、减摩和极压性能。
