本文设计了混凝土试件高压水劈裂模拟试验,可近似模拟无拉、压应力作用下混凝土结构的水力劈裂问题。用试验结果和断裂力学分析校正了有限元分析程序。通过对比分析和有限元计算,研究了大狄克逊重力坝(坝高285m)和假定的坝高216.5m重力坝考虑高压水劈裂的安全问题,结果表明,200m以上的特高重力坝除按无拉应力和抗滑稳定准则设计外,还应考虑高压水的劈裂影响。

The Longtan RCC dam is the highest gravity dam in the world under construction, the technical parameters for RCC is very high in standard. Therefore, high requirements are proposed concerning the project management and quality control. The philosophy for measures taken for quality control at Longtan is emphasize on the parallel importance for the critical process like material submittals, construction process and quality field inspection etc., great attention is specially paid to the control of VC value, the time interval of the joint, and compaction degree. The quick technical scheme for construction is prepared and approved exactly following the quality control philosophy and its key points. It is shown by the test that the pass rate for the compaction degree reaches to 99% in one compaction and the passed rate is 100% after the re-compaction. The overall quality of the dam is good and under control.

龙滩碾压混凝土坝是目前世界上在建的最高的碾压混凝土重力坝,碾压混凝土的各项技术性能指标要求较高,对质量控制与管理提出了极高的要求。龙滩大坝碾压混凝土质量控制注重材料供应、施工过程、质量检查三者并重,重点控制VC值、碾压间隔时间、压实度三要素,制定了快速的施工技术措施。经检测,大坝碾压混凝土一次性合格率99%,补碾后合格率100%,大坝总体质量良好。
