Pinus massoniana and Eucalyptus urophylla were treated with ammoniacal copper quat type B (ACQ B), copper citrate (CC) and chromated copper arsente type C (CCA C). Leachability determination results showed that the leaching rate was less than 2.5% for the wood treated with ACQ B at the retention of 3.0~6.0 kg/m 3. The anti leachablitity of wood treated with ACQ B was better than that treated with CC, because the leaching rate of wood treated with ACQ B was lower than that treated with CC at almost same copper retention level (as copper oxide). ACQ B was a potential wood preservative for plantation wood used in the ground field such as agricultural and building wood.

在广东亚热带气候条件下,不同剂型的季铵铜(ACQ)、柠檬酸铜(CC)、百菌清(CTL)及铜铬砷(CCA)处理马尾松、湿地松、毛白杨后的野外埋地耐久性能的结果表明:毛白杨防腐处理后不宜在与地接触的条件使用,可以用于快速初步评价防腐剂的野外耐久性能;吸药量6.4~8.5 kg/m3时,CTL处理后的木材不宜在与地接触的条件下使用;湿地松的ACQ-B及CC防腐、防白蚁效果相当;对于马尾松、湿地松,吸药量6.0~6.8 kg/m3时,ACQ-B、CC处理的试材埋地6年后,防腐效果较好,防白蚁的效果尚可;对于马尾松、湿地松,吸药量约10 kg/m3时,ACQ-B、CC、CCA处理的试材埋地6年后,防腐、防白蚁效果较好。

An experiment was conducted to study the decay and leachability resistance of ammoniacal copper citrate (CC) by the conventional vacuum-pressure impregnation method and the soil-block method for measuring decay resistance using Populus canadensis as testing material. An experiment was conducted to study the decay and leachability resistance of ammoniacal copper citrate (CC) by the conventional vacuum-pressure impregnation method and the soil-block method for measuring decay resistance using Populus canadensis as testing material. Result showed that when the retentions of ammoniacal CC were 0.5, 2.4, 4.1 and 7.1kgm3, the rates of weight loss for decayed wood by Coriolus versicolor(L. ex Fr.)Quel were 14.2%, 8.1%, 5.3% and 2.5%, respectively. Soil-block decay tests were conducted with chlorothalonil (CTL), pentachlorophenol sodium (PCP-Na) and tradimefon. For the efficacy against white-rot fungi, ammoniacal CC was not as good as CTL, but was better than PCP-Na and tradimefon when the retention was about 4kgm3. CC was not as good as ammoniacal copper-quaternary (ACQ) in leach resistance compared with three kinds of ACQ wood preservatives.

以大青杨(Populus ussuriensisKom.)为试材,采用常规的真空———加压法浸注试件,土壤木块法进行防腐实验,检测了氨溶柠檬酸铜木材防腐剂的防腐性能和抗流失性。结果表明,当柠檬酸铜的保持量分别为0.5、2.4、4.1、7.1kg/m3时,经白腐采绒革盖菌腐[Coriolus versicolor(L.ex Fr.)Quel]朽后,试样的质量损失率分别为14.2%、8.1%、5.3%和2.5%。在保持量为4kg/m3左右时,氨溶柠檬酸铜防腐剂的防腐性能不及百菌清,但比三唑酮和五氯酚钠好。另外,氨溶柠檬酸铜的抗流失性与3种铜-季铵盐防腐剂(ACQ)比较表明,其抗流失性不如铜-季铵盐防腐剂(ACQ)。
