By taking the flat four bar mechanism as an analyzing object and according to the principle of linear pile up of small displacement, the reliability of the mechanism output kinematics accuracy is analyzed and calculated in three instances, namely only in the presence of the error of bar length, only in the presence of joint gaps of hinge or in the presence of the both of them. The reliability model of mechanism kinematics accuracy is built by taking the error as stochastic variables. On the basis of the analysis of reliability and by making use of the computer simulation, the influence of the change of the stochastic variables mean value and mean square of bar length and hinge joint gaps error on the mechanism output accuracy is discussed, with some important conclusions obtained.

The flat four bar mechanism with error of bar length and joint gaps of hinge is studied. According to the principle of linear superposition of small displacement, the reliability of mechanism output kinematic accuracy is analyzed. The mathematical model of optimization design based on reliability for flat four bar mechanism is built, in which the manufacture precision of bar length and joint gaps of hinge are taken as design variables, the minimal process cost as objective function, the reliability of mechanism kinematic accuracy and the upper and lower bounds of design variables as constraints. The problem is solved by means of the external point approach and Powell approach. The results of optimal design is satisfactory.

以具有杆长尺寸和铰链间隙误差的平面四杆机构为对象 ,运用微小位移线性迭加原理 ,对机构的输出运动误差进行了可靠性分析 ;建立了以杆长误差和铰链间隙的均方差为设计变量 ,满足运动精度可靠度和设计变量上下限要求为约束条件 ,使机构制造加工费用极小化为目标函数的优化设计数学模型 ;利用外点法和 Powell方向加速法求解 ,获得了令人满意的设计结果

A visual program for synthesis problems of rigid body guidance flat four-bar mechanism with four-position is developed. Not only the synthesis process is visual but analysis results and dynamic simulation are given. It is convenience for designer to compare and choose better from the linkages which has been synthesized due to an interactive interface and simple operation.

针对刚体导引四位置铰链四杆机构综合问题,进行了可视化的程序开发与设计。该系统不仅可以使整个综合过程可视化,而且还对综合出的机构进行运动模拟和运动分析。操作简单,交互性强,非常方便设计人员对综合出的机构进行比较,优选。
