The woven glass fabric was selected as reinforcement for particleboard to improve board's modulus of rupture(MOR) and modulus of elasticity(MOE). 利用玻璃纤维布可以改善刨花板的静曲强度和弹性模量。在试验范围内(100~370g/m2)随着玻璃纤维布单位质量的提高,增强刨花板的静曲强度和弹性模量呈上升的趋势,并且静曲强度提高的幅度比弹性模量大,内结合强度呈下降的趋势。玻璃纤维布的涂胶量由0到75g/m2,刨花板的静曲强度和弹性模量呈提高的趋势。

In this study, various coupling agents were also used to improve strength of particleboard.

在普通的玻璃纤维布增强刨花板中,玻璃纤维受刨花挤压呈弯曲的波浪状态,降低了玻璃纤维布的增强作用。本研究采用二次成型法可较好地发挥玻璃纤维的增强作用,静曲强度和弹性模量比普通增强刨花板提高10%左右。施加偶联剂也可以提高玻璃纤维布增强刨花板的强度。
