本文应用层次分析法原理建立了油田开发方案综合评价的递阶层次结构——评价指标体系,在指标层确定了20个具体的评价指标。根据专家咨询所提供的判断矩阵,采用综合群组判断的几何平均法求出了各层因素的权重,最后得到了20个评价指标的权系数。根据评价指标的权系数,应用综合评分法,可从多个可行开发方案中选出最优方案。案例分析表明,这一新的决策方法思路清楚,简单实用,优选结果可信度高。
