本文针对并联电容器起动笼型电动机计算中的几个问题,在考虑线路压降损失对电机起动电流影响的条件下,得出要满足一定线路压降损失时应并接电容器数值的简便易行的计算方法,并以具体例子予以说明。结合功率因数补偿问题,提出了并接起动用电容器的联结方法,使在起动条件较困难的情况下,能起动负荷较大的电机,尽量利用设备,减少线路损耗。

本文在以往提出的同相供电系统概念和理论基础上,论述实现同相供电的关键技术问题,即对称补偿的基本原理和实现模式。文中,把对称补偿分为全可调、半可调和不可调三种模式,通过无功(功率因数)、负序电流、谐波和牵引母线压损补偿的技术性能分析,给出了有益于实际应用的结论。

In this paper a method for optimizing VAR synthetical benefits in local power systems is presented.It is fairlyimpossible for minimizing real power losses and compensating power factor to a required value at the8ame time.The method gives consideration to both goals and minimizes yearly operational expenses.Simulated on a real localpower system model,the algorithm presented demonstrates satisfactory effectiveness.

本文提出一种地区电力系统无功综合效益优化方法。它兼顾了使电网有功损耗最小的目标和使与主网交换功率的功率因数值尽量达到要求值的目标,从而使地区电网的年运行费用达到最小。
