Therefore it is necessary to assess the potential risks and understand the uncertainty. Analyzed practically three risk assessing theories, which provided theoretical basis for looking for risk assessing methods and process, for the purpose of reducing accident risk, ensuring safe production in oil refining business. 由于石油产品具有易燃、易爆、易挥发、有腐蚀性及毒性等特性,使其在储运过程中存在潜在的事故风险。因而有必要对潜在风险进行评估并对风险的不确定性有所了解。通过对3种主要的风险评价理论进行实证分析,为寻找适当的风险评价方法和过程提供了理论依据,目的在于降低炼化企业的事故风险,确保企业安全生产。
