本文介绍了我院研制的大型数宇程序控制龙门铣床纵向齿轮齿条传动机构中的精密齿条,是如何以自力更生、土法上马的精神,借用原有土磨床,在磨削加工工艺上保证加工精度的。同时,也介绍了如何通过齿条的装配,最终保证龙门的纵向位移精度。

The application of the gear-rack drive to the small mechanical servo system is discussed in this paper. Through comparing the gear-rack drive with the ball screw drive, the author has established the formula of the optimum transmissive ratio and the minimum equivalent mass momentum of inertia, and also introduced the application of this servo system to the measurement.

本文介绍了齿轮齿条传动在小型伺服系统中的应用.并与滚珠螺旋传动进行了比较、导出了齿轮传动最佳传动比和最小转化转动惯量的计算公式.并介绍了这种伺服系统在测量中的应用。

Analyzed are the working principle and structual features of the flying sawing machine sychronous drive system. Developed on the basis of the fixed gear/rack drive concept and the fixed gear/floating rack drive concept,the floating-gear drive system has such advantages as simplified structure,operational liability,running consistency and ease of mounting and maintenance.Also described in the paper are the structure and working princible of the said drive system.

分析了飞锯机同步传动机构的工作原理及结构特点、在固定齿轮齿条传动和固定齿轮浮动齿条传动机构的基础上,设计的浮动式齿轮传动机构结构简单,工作可靠,运行平稳,安装和维修方便。简介了该机构的结构及工作原理。
