Cochlea surface preparation was employed to count the loss rate of hair cells.Scanning electron microscope was used to observe hair cells pattern.Results ABR records as well as cochlea surface preparation showed no statistical difference between experimental and control group, scanning electron microscope didn't demonstrate abnormal hair cells pattern.Conclusion This experiment indicates that topical application of medical biological glue in the middle ear has no harmful effect on cochlea.

目的 探讨医用生物胶中耳腔局部应用对豚鼠内耳组织的影响 ,为临床安全使用提供实验依据。方法  40只豚鼠分为医用生物胶组和生理盐水对照组 ,在耳蜗圆窗龛处滴注约 5 0 μl医用生物胶 (实验组 )及 5 0 μl生理盐水 (对照组 ) ,饲养 6周后 ,用ABR测试耳蜗生理功能 ,耳蜗铺片计算毛细胞的损伤缺失率 ,扫描电镜观察耳蜗毛细胞变化。结果 实验组和生理盐水对照组ABR测试两组间比较无显著性差异 ,两组耳蜗铺片显示毛细胞及支持细胞结构正常 ,缺失率小 ,两组间比较无显著性差异 ,电镜观察两组毛细胞结构正常。结论 医用生物胶中耳腔局部应用对内耳组织无损伤 ,说明对内耳无毒副作用

Objective To explore the pasting effects of patches spraying with medical biological glue in intra-abdominal organ operations.Methods Spray the absorbable anti-bleeding gauze of gelatinsponge with the medical glue and paste it onto the organ wounds to stop bleeding.Paste the slices of peritoneum or gallbladder seromuscular layer onto the bile duct incision using the medical glue.Results 32 cases have all obvious response.During the follow-up of 6 to 12 months,no residuals or complications were observed.Conclusions Anti-bleeding gauze sprayed with medical glue can be pasted to the intra-abdominal organs and dissection wounds.If slices of peritoneum or gallbladder seromuscular layer of the patients' own are pasted onto the bile duct incision with the biological glue after primary suture,a better effect of close,impermeable and relaxing func tion can be gained.The method can protect the occurance of bile leak and avoid the deficiency of T-tube drainage in the bile duct.

目的探讨补片喷涂医用生物胶在腹内脏器手术中的粘贴效果。方法用可溶性止血纱布或明胶海绵喷涂医用胶粘贴于实质脏器的创面止血,用腹膜或胆囊浆肌层薄片借助医用胶粘贴于胆总管缝合切口。结果本文32例均明显有效,随访6~12个月,无后遗症及并发症。结论腹内实质脏器破裂和淋巴清扫创面,可用止血纱布喷涂医用胶粘贴创面,对胆总管切口,经一期缝合后,加用自身腹膜或胆囊浆肌层薄片喷涂生物胶粘贴,效果更佳,达到密闭、不透水、减张作用,可预防胆漏发生。避免了胆管内留置T形管的弊端。

RESULTS: The pressure of anastomotic stoma was obviously improved by CO_2 laser and the biological glue, and the glue did harmless to tissue. CONCLUSION: The advantages of utilizing the circular CO_2 laser and medical biological glue for bowel anastomosis in rabbits include slighter inflammation, less adherence and faster healing.

目的:研究环形CO2激光及生物胶在兔子无缝合末端吻合术中的使用,通过测量吻合口压力证实医用生物胶及环形CO2激光在小肠组织焊接中的可行性.方法:以动物实验分析环形CO2激光及医用生物胶在组织焊接中的作用.结果:环形CO2激光及医用生物胶能明显提高吻合口压力,并且对组织无毒副作用.结论:应用环形CO2激光及医用生物胶进行组织焊接有炎症反应轻、粘连少、狭窄现象少、愈合快等优点.
