For example, the influent containing organic phosphorous 126.2, COD 266000 and BOD 93800 was reduced to 10.95 g/l 82300 mg/l and 70000 mg/l respectively. The precipitate can be used as a fertilizer, the application of the dried Product to the paddy bowl gave increased crops.

Using lime milk to treat zinc containing waste water is not a new method. Although limestone is abundant in resources and cheaper in cost, it has not been widely used due to the great amount of sludge and the diffculty to recover zinc. In order to solve this problem, instead of lime ash, clear lime water is recommended to add in, therefore, the precipitate formed will not contain any lime sludge. Through chemical analysis it is found that the precipitate mainly consists of Zn(OH)_2 colloid...

In order to solve this problem, instead of lime ash, clear lime water is recommended to add in, therefore, the precipitate formed will not contain any lime sludge. Through chemical analysis it is found that the precipitate mainly consists of Zn(OH)_2 colloid containing small amount of Ca~(2+), which can be completely reused in plating bath after dissolved in sulfuric acid. The discharged water meets National Second Grade Standard, and can be reused as rinse water or cooling water with an efficiency of 70-80%. This process has not only good environmental effect but also obvious economic benefit.

石灰乳浆法治理含锌废水本是一个古老的方法,虽然石灰的来源广,价格低廉,但由于废渣多,锌的回收困难,因此一般不愿采用。本文对此进行了研究,改散灰投放为清液加入,从而解决了处理后的沉淀中含有大量石灰废渣的问题。经分析,沉淀主要是Zn(OH)_2胶体,另含有微量的钙,用硫酸溶解后,完全可回用于镀槽。排放水达到国家规定的二级标准,可回用作漂洗水和冷却水,回用率为70~80%。本工艺不但有良好的环境效益,且有明显的经济效益。
