The treatment is obviously beneficial at least in 3 items.(1) DMPC treatment raises cotton yields through the increase of photosynthetic intensity.① Leaf area increases, e. g. the quadrifoil area of functional leaf is 1-1.5cm wider than the check. ② Chlorophyll content increases by 0.11-0.25 mg/g in fresh weight. ③ By allowing ~(32)P tracing, the radiation intensity of the leaves in the middle and lower parts of the cotton plant is much higher than the check.(2) The regulation of nutrient distribution is more reasonable so that the floral organs are somewhat prosperous.Within half a month after spraying DMPC, soluble sugar of flower is 0.154-0.21% higher than the check. The filaments of the stamen are longer also. It is preferential for autogamy.(3) The vegetative growth is somewhat under control by the DMPC treatment and thus distribution of photosynthats is beneficial to generative growth, resulting in earlier boll setting and more boll setting, and the increase of boll weight (e. g. a single boll is 0.056-0.987g heavier than that in the check). Therefore, in most cases, the DMPC treatment gives higher yields by 1.7-23.3% over the check, although in a few cases the treatment causes a decrease in yields owing to an unreasonable high concentration used.(4) Apical dominance is utilized in order to control its growth of lateral bud. Therefore, antificial pruning is not necessary and thus saving labour for 3-5 days per mu.At present, the suitable concentration of DMPC, the time of spraying and the field management after spraying have been studied and discussed. The information presented may more or less be useful to the cotton field practice.

本文对助壮素整枝增产的原因进行了初步分析,其原因可归纳为三个方面。(一)光合作用增强(1)叶面积增大,功能叶四叶比对照宽1—1.5cm,叶色加深(+0.6-1.0级),(2)叶绿素含量增加(+0.11-0.25mg/克、鲜重)。(3)经~(32)P测定,中、下部果枝放射性强度显著高于对照(+1022.67-2461.83脉冲数/分/100mg干重)。(二)调节营养分配,花器官比较发达喷药后半个月内花中可溶性糖比对照高0.154—0.21%,处理棉株的花比对照大,雄蕊的花丝特别发达,包住柱头,有利于授粉结桃。(三)控制营养生长,使光合产物的分配有利于生殖生长,促使早座桃(伏桃比对照多0.38—3.58个/株)多座桃(三桃总数比对照多0.38—0.71个/株),增桃重(单钤重增0.056—0.987克/斤,平均增0.3315克/斤)所以绝大多数处理都增产,增产幅度1.7—23.3%,少数处理因浓度偏高而减产。(四)利用顶端优势,控制侧芽生长,所以不需人工整枝,节省劳力(每亩节省3—5个人工)。本文从喷药时间,浓度和喷药后的田间管理等三个方面对如何使用好助壮素,进行了初步总结和讨论。

红壤地区生物气候资源丰富,土壤风化强烈,盐基多被淋洗,土壤磷素容量小,供磷强度弱。本研究采用 ̄(32)P核示踪技术,对玉米吸磷动态、磷素去向及磷肥的有效性进行了研究。结果表明,玉米吸收肥料磷以产量形成期为主,约占全生育期吸 ̄(32)P总量的58.09%~73.27%,营养生长前期仅占21.48%~32.53%;籽实体是肥料磷素运积的主要蓄积库,约占全株吸 ̄(32)P总量54.74%。浓度及积累容量均以籽实>茎秆>叶片>叶鞘>根。玉米部态布局的“上浓下稀”及阶段容量的“前少后多”的磷素时空流向,暴露了红壤旱地作物需磷与土壤供磷的不协调性,是当前磷肥利用率低的关键所在。优化施磷结构,能显著提高土壤─肥料─作物三者间的磷素循环水平,干物质积累及磷肥利用率趋以N ̄(32)PK+PM>N ̄(32)PK>N ̄(32)P> ̄(32)P,有机无机配施比化肥区磷肥利用率净增23.62%~32.99%,且有机肥供磷亦达7.23%。

The microplot field experiment indicated that the yield of unginned fiber of inoculated with Glo- mus mosseae was significantly higher than that of control when soil available P was lower be- cause the number of cotton bolls of per seedling was increased。

采用 ̄(32)P示踪技术研究了盆载和田间条件下接种VA菌根真菌对棉花生长、吸收磷素及产量的影响。结果表明,接种VA菌根真菌能够增加棉花对土壤固有磷素和肥料磷的吸收,提高棉花对磷肥的利用率,促进棉花生长,提高单株结铃数,增加籽棉产量。田间接种菌根真菌可起到节省磷肥、提高磷肥效益的作用。
