A yearly benthic survey has been conducted in order to explore soft phase intertidal ecology along Hangzhou Bay. Firstly, this paper reports the soft phase intertidal ecology of the bay. A total of 95 species of macrobenthos are identified, including crustacean (34 species),fish (28 species) and mollusca (21 species). Most of them are eurythermous species and semisalt-water species. and their life style is a type of moving and living in soil. They are closely related to the low-salinity, strong tidal action and poor organic material of the bay. From the bottom to the mouth of the bay, the variety of benthonic animal is increasing. In the compositive groups, there is a gradual succession towards euryhaline marine species from the species of river mouth of low-salinity. An evident bay nature distribution is shown. The vertical distribution has shown that the number of species in middle tide region>low tide region>high tide region. Various groups of living things in intertidal zone present a random mosaic distribution,without any evident zonation. In seasonal distributions, the number of species in Summer and Fall is larger, and it becomes least in Winter.

对杭州湾软相潮间带周年调查,共获底栖动物95种,以甲壳动物(34种)、鱼类(28种)、软体动物(21种)占绝对优势。生态类群以我国沿岸广温广盐性种和半成水特有种为主,生活方式多为活动性和埋栖类型。这与杭州湾水域盐度低且变化幅度大及动力作用强,底质不稳定等因素密切相关。从湾底到湾口,底栖动物种类增多,组成类群逐渐从低盐的河口种向广盐的海洋种演替,表现出明显的湾性分布。种类的垂直分布是中潮区大于低潮区大于高潮区,各类群生物在潮间带呈现随机镶嵌分布,无明显的分带现象。种数的季节分布呈现更、秋两季较多、冬季最少的特点。

With popularizing of sewage being collected, disposed and discharged near the sea in the coastal city, it is very important to assess the marine eco-environment near the sewage outfall area. In order to supply reference to the same kind of project, the marine eco-environment near the pollutant discharge orifice of Yuhuan sewage treatment plant at Kanmen was studied as a case. The distribution of the benthic organisms in the rocky intertidal zone was investigated and the effect on intertidal ecology was forcasted. Sampling was done during the spring tide, and 57 species was found. The average biomass and density are 1 544.72 g/m~2 and 3 948 ind/m~2 respectively. The diversity index at the cross section Ⅰ is 0.91, and the evenness is 0.39, less than those at the cross section Ⅱ,1.80 and 0.68 respectively. The vertical distribution of biomass is ranged in order as the mid-tide area > the low-tide area >the high-tide area. The result will supply basic data to assess the eco-environmental impact, and can guide the same kind of project in the coast.

2002年8月对玉环坎门污水处理厂排污口邻近岩相潮间带生物进行定性和定量样品采样,共鉴定出生物57种,其中大型藻类8种、多毛类动物2种、软体动物28种、甲壳类动物13种、棘皮动物1种和其它类动物5种。该排污口邻近两侧岩相潮间带平均生物量为1544.72g/m2,平均栖息密度为3948个/m2。位于排污口左侧的I断面生物量和栖息密度(2406.19g/m2和7415个/m2)明显高于II断面(683.27g/m2和484个/m2),I断面的生物多样性指数(0.91)和均匀度指数(0.39)小于II断面(1.80和0.68);两条断面生物量垂直分布均为中潮区>低潮区>高潮区,I断面栖息密度分布为中潮区>低潮区>高潮区,II断面栖息密度分布为中潮区>高潮区>低潮区。对排污口邻近岩相潮间带生物生态分析表明,该潮间带生物数量的水平分布受海岸开敞度的影响,而垂直分布则与潮区的不同和浪击度的强弱有关。
