In this paper,the merits anddmeritsof some kinds of temperature controlled devices and discharge valves of the “once-through” solar water heating system are analyzed,the principle of operation and the design requirements (the rguirements of performance,Strcture and cost) of the Variable Flow Temperature Controlled Valve (VFTCV) Model BWF are discussed;and the design feature,the opening performance,the traxel changing regularity and thc flow section calcnlation of VFTCV sare descrisbed.The relation of the water flow of VFTCV to the Value cone semiangle,opening temperatnce the flow section site are derived.The estimation of the cost of VFTCV nd its eco- nomy for use ave worked out.The practical exprience shows that the continuous water flow of the “once-through” solar water heating systems is achieved by VFTCVand the dalily efficiency of the system is increased approxi- mately by 5% andthe watev production is increaed as well.The cost of VFTCV is abowt five times as low as that of the electric contact thermometer—mag- netic valve Controlled System.VFTCV has no need for electricity Supply,wh- ich can enormously promote the application of the solav water heating system in countryside,borderland,mountain area and grassland.

本文介绍了直流式太阳能热水系统常用的几种温度控制和放水阀门的优点与缺点,BWF 型变流量温控阀的工作原理和设计要求,包括性能要求、结构要求和经济要求。介绍了该阀的结构特点及阀感温元件的开启性能,阀的升程性能,阀的流通截面的计算。阐述了阀的流量与阀芯半锥角,流量与阀开启温度,流量与阀的通径大小的关系。对阀的使用性能进行了试验研究。最后对阀的成本进行了经济分析。实践证明;该阀使用后直流式太阳能热水系统实现了连续流动,从而使系统日效率提高5%,增加了产水量。该阀的成本为电接点温度计—电磁阀系统的1/5,节省了投资。该阀不用外接电源,对太阳能热水系统在农村,边疆、山区、草原的推广应用将起促进作用。
