According to the index, five bivalves polluted comprehensively by four heavy metals are put in order: R. philippinarum>S, constricta>Ostrea plicatula>C, gigas>M, edulfs.Heavy metal contents in above bivalves do not exceed the limit level. Pb and Cu contents in bivalves show to bc associated with cultivating methods. It is suggested that species in hanging culture contain less Pb or Cu, while those in beach bottom culture have higher Pb and that on a rectangular slab of stone has higher Cu.

本文对福州市沿海养殖区的双壳类体内铅、镉、铜、锌含量加以比较研究。河口附近养殖的缢蛏体内铅和镉含量,比养殖于近海或内湾的高。内湾养殖的菲律宾蛤仔体内铜含量,比养殖于近海区的高。铅对贻贝、缢蛏、菲律宾蛤仔、长牡蛎的污染达到轻度或中度,这表明铅是福州市沿海养殖双壳类动物的重要污染因子。根据指数分析,五种双壳类受重金属综合污染程度顺序为:菲律宾蛤仔>缢蛏>褶牡蛎>长牡蛎>贻贝,但四种重金属含量均未超标。铅和铜的含量高低与养殖方式有关,趋向于吊养种类体内铅和铜含量较低,而埕养种类的铅含量和条石养殖种类的铜含量较高。

(2) Cultivated by ear-hanging method, the orders of growth rate (from high to low) of scallop cultivated in different depths is: 2m>1m and 3m>4m. (3) Cultivated by lantern net method, on the contrary, the orders of growth rate is:4m>1m>2m and 3m. This indicated that the optimal culturing depth varied with culture methods, the optimal culture depths are 2m in ear-hanging method and 4m in lantern net culture method, respectively.

在桑沟湾内,对栉孔扇贝Chlamys(Azumapecten)farreri(JonesetPreston)的笼养与串耳养殖等不同养殖方式及不同水层(1m、2m、3m、4m)的养殖效果进行了综合试验和分析。结果表明:(1)串耳养殖的扇贝平均壳高增长比笼养扇贝生长快,两种方式效果差异极明显(P<0.01);(2)串耳养殖方式以2m为最佳养殖水层,其次为1m和3m,4m水层最差,而且2m与4m的养殖效果存在明显差异(P<0.05);(3)笼养方式的最佳水层为4m,其养殖效果依次为4m>1m>3m和2m。试验显示,在不同的养殖方式下,栉孔扇贝最佳生长的养殖水层是不同的。本文还对产生这一差异的原因进行了分析讨论
