This articte firstly analyses the difference of the earthing arcing conditions between surface overhead network and the underground cable network. Then it gives several observation resutts of analog earthing arcing in cable network. It points out that even very small ground current could also produce very high overvoltage, and in network of small ground current the singte phase arc earthing is principally expressed as high frequency arc suppressing. In the section 3, the mathematical statistical method is employed to make statistical inference and characteristic analysis of overvoltage indexes and a series of significant resutts is obtained.

井下电网单相间歇性弧光接地过电压机理及过电压的防护,一直是煤矿井下亟待解决的一个重要课题。本文首先分析了地面架空电网与井下电缆电网接地燃弧环境的差异,接着给出了几种模拟电缆电网接地燃弧的观察结果。指出:即使很小的接地电流也会产生很大的过电压,而且在小接地电流电网中单相弧光接地主要表现为高频熄弧。本文的第三部分应用数理统计方法,对过电压指标进行了统计推断及特征分析,得出一系列有实际意义的结果。
