The toroidal shell is taken for mechanical model of the constructional design and strength ca- lculation of filement-wound GRP elbow, because the stress of curved pipe part is larger than that of straight pipe part. The fibre which is studied for GRP toroidal shell is orthogonal filament -winding and Principal elastic direction. The features for the shell are orthotropic, variable, thick and uncoupli- ng effect. The limit equations of filament--wound GRP toroidal shell are de- rived by linear bending theory under internal pressure. P. The equations are differential equations of second order with two variables. After inducting a complex variable the differential equation with it complex variable is obtained and can be solved by lrigonometric series for the expressions oF intrinsic forces, slresses and deformations. In comparison with the membrane theory, we proved that approximate computation by the membrane theory was adapted for engineering computations and the error in this case is not more than 5%. Complex construction is adapted to filament. wound GRP elbow. This paper proved that constructional design of the reinforced layer is carried out by net theory. A set of calculation formulas of proportion of meridional fi- bre quantilies to latitudinal on the orthogonal filament-wound GRP toroidal shell under balauee design and related strength calculations, and design ca- lculations of minimum thick h_o and rating of working pressure P_B have been presented in this paper. The experimental method was provided in this paper and the results obta- ined are a good approximation in comparison with experiments, and this can be a theoretic evidence for designing filament-wound GRP elbow. This paper analyzed elliptical torus shell, under internal pressure P. The calculation formulas of intrinsic forces and stresses for major and minor axis which are symmetiy axis are presented.

为适应纤维经、纬向缠绕,本文研究由4个90°弯管组成的环。由于90°弯管中圆弧段应力比直管段大,因而取环壳为力学模型进行纤维缠绕玻璃钢弯管结构设计和强度计算。本文研究的玻璃钢环壳之纤维是弹性主方向、正交缠绕的。该壳的特点是正交异性、变厚度、无耦合效应。由线性弯曲理论推出了受内压P作用的缠绕玻璃钢环壳极限方程,它是含两个变量的二阶微分方程组。引入复变量后,得到一个二阶复变量微分方程,用三角级数解该方程,导出了内力、应力和变形计算式。比较了有矩理论和无矩理论解之后,指出:在工程实用中可用无矩理论近似求解,误差不大于5%。缠绕玻璃钢90°弯管采用复合结构。本文指出可用网络理论进行增强层结构设计。给出了经、纬向正交缠绕玻璃钢环壳平衡型设计时纤维用量比公式,还给出了强度计算式,最小壁厚h_0、额定工作压力P_B的设计计算式。本文介绍了实验方法,用实验验证了上述公式的正确性,为缠绕玻璃钢90°弯管设计提供了理论依据。本文还分析了受内压P作用时截面是椭圆的环壳,给出了长、短轴在对称轴上的内力和应力计算式。

The authors studied the interface and production technique of polyvinylchloride(PVC) lined with glass-fiber reinforced composite systematically. The results show that the various surface treating techniques and different kinds of binders will produce quiet different adhesive properties as well as technical procedure. The adhesive strength can reach to 10 MPa for fiber reinforced plastics composite pipe when C-3 treating agent and M-type or EJ-type binder were used. All the procedures including chemical treatment, adhesion, fabrication and Curing are performed in one step. After boiling testing, circulating heating and cooling testing, and acoustic testing, the interface of PVC-FRP shows very good adhesion. The permissive pressure of PVC composite pipe with diameter of φ100 mm and thickness of 2 mm of FRP reinforced layer is over 18 MPa.

对玻璃钢(FRP)复合增强聚氯乙烯进行了研究,结果发现,不同的PVC表面处理技术及粘合剂品种,不仅对粘合性能,而且在工艺方法上差异极大。选用C-3化学处理剂及M型、EJ型粘合剂,FRP-PVC的粘合强度达10MPa,且化学处理、粘合、玻璃钢成型及固化一步完成。FRP-PVC复合界面,经水煮试验、冷热交替及声发射测试,表明粘合状态良好。φ100mm的PVC管,FRP增强层厚为2mm,复合管的承压达18MPa以上。

The hardness of outer layer is 65-68 while that of inner layer is higher with small mounting allowance of 1-1.5mm and elimination of adhesives. Through compartive tests with one layer cots, these threelayer cots have the advantages of strong antilapping, small variation of hardness, difficulty to crack and dropout, small deformation, long service life, stable yarn quality and easy manufacture etc. They are worthy of further trialuse and wider application.

天津纺织橡胶厂研制的XSD88—38型低硬度胶管由内层(1.5~2毫米)、外层(4~7亳米)和中间增强层(0.2~0.4亳米)三层构成。外层胶的硬度为65°~68°,内层胶的硬度高于外层,采用1~1.5亳米的小套差,不用粘合剂。通过和单层低硬度胶辊的对比试验,该胶辊具有抗绕性强,硬度变化小,不易龟裂、脱壳,变形小,使用寿命长,纺纱质量稳定,制作简便等特点。很值得进一步试验和推广。
