In the 9 cases of lung cancer,there were 3 cases showed positive reaction in bone scanning in whom,2 cases had x-ray examination in which 1 case was positive and the other negative. All these three patients showed positive reaction evidently in clinical signs and symptoms. The other 6 of these 9 patients had no clinical signs and symptoms. 7 post-operation breast cancer patients had positive reaction in bone scanning. 5 of them showed positive reaction in their x-ray examination 2 patients with blood deficiency necrosis in the caput femoris also showed positive in their bonescanning but 1 case showed decreased radiation density in the pathological changing area. It was the so called"cold area",and its x-ray examination showed positive reaction. 1 case having compression fracture at the third lumbar region and 2 cases having fracture at the left collum femoris received both bone scanning and x-ray examination and both of them showed positive recction. Additionally,1 case of big axillary sweat gland cancer, 1 case of malignant granulation. 2 cases of buttock-ache and 1 case of left chest swelling were all negative in reaction. This explained there was no bone tissue injury and metastasis of the carcinoma. It was found that radiation nuclear diagnosis of pathological changes in bone was 3 to 6 months earlier than that of the x -ray examination. Ofcourse the early diagnosis of bone is very important and significant in clinical value.

Objective To study the effect of long pulsewidth800Diode Laser in hair removal technique on the function of the axillary sweat gland.Methods Fourteen volunteers undergoing5hair removal treatments using long pulsewidth Diode Laser were studied under auto-control study.After the last treatment,the overall excretion of the axillary sweat glands of all volunteers were measured using gravimetric technique,skin biospies from6volunteers were studied histologically,and one under electronmicroscopy.Results After5hair removal treatments,the axillary hairs were removed almost completely,with excellent therapeutic effect.At the end of the study,the excretion rate of sweat on the treatment side was:7.1247.124±8.190mg/cm 2 ·h,while the control side7.880±10.075mg/cm 2 ·h,there was no statistical difference(P>0.05).No significant histological and ultrastructural changes were observed in the skin biopsies.Conclusion The long pulsewidth Diode Laser is a safe hair removal technique with good result and without adverse effect on the function of axillary sweat gland excretion.

目的观察长脉宽800nm半导体激光脱毛时对皮肤汗腺的影响。方法采用自身对照方法对14例志愿者进行了5次腋下激光脱毛治疗,在最后1次治疗结束后,采用称重法测定双侧腋下汗腺分泌速度,其中6例志愿者进行了组织学研究,1例志愿者进行了电镜观察。结果经过5次治疗后,所有患者治疗侧腋毛基本完全脱除,疗效满意。研究结束时测治疗侧汗腺分泌速度为:7.124±8.190mg/(cm2·h),而对照侧为7.880±10.075mg/(cm2·h),差异无显著性(P>0.05)。电镜下未发现明显超微结构变化。结论长波长800nm半导体激光具有良好的脱毛效果,对汗腺功能无影响。

Results: MHT at the dose of 2g/kg、4g/kg and 9g/kg exhibited markedly diaphoretic function in mice.The sweating volume was 0.240±0.079g,0.357±0.077g,0.556±0.082g,and the duct diameter of axillary sweat gland was 0.783±0.155μm,2.235±0.273μm,3.298±0.318μm,respectively. The correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between the duct diameter and the sweating volume(r=0.927). Conclusions: Duct diameter of axillary sweat gland was regarded as a quantitative index to estimate sweating function.

目的探索一种评价发汗作用强度的新方法。方法以小鼠腋窝部皮肤汗腺导管内径作为发汗强度指标,测量麻黄汤对小鼠发汗量的影响。结果麻黄汤2g/kg、4g/kg、9g/kg的发汗量分别为0.240±0.079g、0.357±0.077g、0.556±0.082g,汗腺导管内径分别为0.783±0.155μm、2.235±0.273μm、3.298±0.318μm,皮肤汗腺导管内径与小鼠出汗量之间存在正相关关系(r=0.927)。结论以皮肤汗腺导管内径作为评价发汗强度的定量指标可行。
