The mechanism was due to the fact that the increased blood flow accelerated the opening of the coronary collaterals in the ischemicoareas, improved the myocardial blood supply and changed the pathophysiologic basis induced later potentials. The relation between the changes of SAECG time domain parameters alteration and malignant arrhythmia attack rate of myocardial infarction needs further study.

In the EH group, Na + K + ATPase, Ca 2+ ATPase, PRA were much lower than those in the controls, and [Ca 2+ ]i, AT Ⅱ were higher. [Ca 2+ ]i was positively correlated with MAP, and negatively correlated with PRA and AT Ⅱ. The results suggest that the increase erythrocytic membrane ATPase activity and decrease in renin angiotensin system activity in nifedipine treatment may be another important antihypertensive mechanism besides accompanied with the rectifying of abnormal celluar calcium metabolism.

测定18例高血压病患者红细胞膜Na+-K+-ATP酶,Ca2+-ATP酶及肾素(PRA),其活性均低于正常血压对照组,而红细胞内Ca2+浓度,血管紧张素-Ⅱ(AT-Ⅱ)活性均明显高于对照组。经硝苯吡啶控释片降压治疗后,当血压降至正常时,酶活性均恢复正常(除AT-Ⅱ低于正常外)。红细胞内Ca2+浓度与Na+-K+-ATP酶,Ca2+-ATP酶活性呈负相关,与平均动脉压呈正相关,与PRA,AT-Ⅱ无明显相关。提示钙通道拮抗剂的降压机理制除主要通过纠正细胞钙代谢异常外,还可能与其引起红细胞膜ATP酶的活性增高及肾素血管紧张素系统活性的抑制有关。
