为了控制施工期温降引起的坝体裂缝,国内外已建成的几座碾压混凝土拱坝普遍设置了诱导缝。我国在国家“八五”科技攻关过程中深入研究了诱导缝的作用和合理布置问题,提出了诱导缝等效强度计算模型和断裂判别式以及有效作用范围估计方法,为诱导缝设计提供了理论依据,并对高碾压混凝土拱坝设置少量横缝的作用和适用条件提出了依据。

The structural models test and 3 D non linear finite element method are used to study the constructional joint problem of shapai high RCC arch dam. The study on the structural jointing and material properties of high RCC gravity arch dam is one of the subjects of the State's key scientific and technical tackling plan during the Ninth Five Year Plan period. On the basis of the under construction RCC arch dam of the Shapai Hydropower Station, the highest one in the world at present, the study was made on the problems of how to optimize the structural jointing of dam body and how to increase the anti crack capacity of construction materials in order to solve the big temperature stresses of dam body. We have studied the theory and method of the arrangement of induced joint, the re grouting technology and the temperature control measures of pre buried cooling water tube, calculated and analyzed the simulation temperature in the whole process, and discussed the crack mechanism and the destructive forms of dam body. We also have studied the optimal selection of concrete materials and mix proportion. All these provide favorable conditions for the quick construction of the Shapai high RCC arch dam with high quality and make contribution to the establishment of the complete construction technology of high RCC arch dam with the height of over 100 m.

高碾压混凝土拱坝结构分缝及材料特性研究是国家“九五”重点科技攻关计划的专题。依托目前世界上在建的最高的沙牌碾压混凝土拱坝工程 ,研究解决坝体温度应力大 ,如何优化坝体结构分缝方案和提高筑坝材料的抗裂能力等问题。通过对诱导缝设置理论和方法的研究、全过程仿真温度计算分析、坝体开裂的机制和破坏形态探讨、重复灌浆技术和预埋冷却水管的温控措施研究 ,以及混凝土材料和配合比的优选等系统的攻关 ,为优质高速建成沙牌高碾压混凝土拱坝创造了条件 ,为推广应用于其他工程 ,形成 10 0m以上高碾压混凝土拱坝的成套建设技术 ,保持我国碾压混凝土筑坝技术在世界上的领先地位作出了贡献
