Value distribution and pricing intermediate product of supply chain are studied in this paper by using Rubinstein_Stahl bargaining model.We discuss how to reach the rationality of value distribution of supply chain.In order to distribute value immediately,each firm's bargaining power is represented by discount factor and each firm's value distribution is determined the price of intermediate product.The problem is divided into two situations,which are maximizing whole profit of supply chain and maximizing each firm's self-profit,respectively.We expatiate how to determine the value distribution and the price of intermediate product of supply chain in bargaining process respectively according to different sequence of offer-counteroffer.Finally the shortage of present research and future research thought are given.

应用Rubinstein-Stahl轮流出价的讨价还价模型研究了供应链的价值分配和中间产品的定价,从分配的角度探讨如何实现供应链价值分配的合理性.为了实现价值的“当期”分配,用贴现因子代表各企业的讨价还价能力,用中间产品的价格决定供应链各企业的价值利润的分配.从企业考虑自身利益的不同顺序把问题划分为总体利润最大化和企业自身利润最大化两种情况.分别按各企业不同出价-还价的顺序,阐述了讨价还价过程如何决定供应链价值的分配和中间产品价格的确定.最后给出研究的局限性和未来研究的思路.
