研究了银合欢木屑的营养成分及利用其栽培香菇的技术措施 ,并筛选了适用优质香菇菌株和高效益栽培方式。试验结果 :1可用银合欢木屑替代 50 %麸皮 ,既降低原料成本 ,又使感染率降低 11.8个百分点 ,鲜菇产量提高 5.1%。 2选用高产香菇菌株 785,可比其他 4个菌株增产鲜菇 14.8%以上。 3 (短 )袋栽培比用菌筒或菌块栽培法增产 ,而且可以减少高温制种感染率高的危害。 4与红栲木屑栽培相比 ,银合欢木屑栽培可增产鲜菇 52 .4 % ,生物效率提高 2 6.7个百分点。该技术措施适合于在高温低海拔地区应用 ,具有省工本、抗感染、高产和高效益等优点 ,在闽南地区示范应用推广 ,增产鲜菇 55.6% ,生物效率提高 2 5.8个百分点
