Tranquility requires social practice as a supplement to either purify the souls or examine ones own thinking, so as to clear away ones selfish desires. As a result, it can conform to the objective of the noumena of metaphysics. To define his view about Confucianism , Wang took a make - up explanatory note on Da Xue for some chapters and dictions for he considered that sincerity is the first main point to educate people diligently and is the main idea of Confucius. To substitute more in metaphysics meaning to rectify ones mind from subjective word and to study the world in order to gain knowledge , to take root in the inner human nature for the search of the subjective initiative of the life growth, and to make up for an explanation according to Confucianism so as to gain objective proof, he put his last lofty ideal to observe and learn from the metaphysical world personally and make the human life settle in forever as a whole trustworthy gain.

It is a praise and appeal for some choice of principle. It is the subject's private expression. Meanwhile, the acceptance of these ideas means the establishment of the view of value. The view of value internally transforms into the subject's virtue and become the departing point of one's conduct. This is called Yuan. The object of the judgment is manifested in the choice of some statements, which at last renders as some forms of knowledge. Knowledge is a relatively definite statement, which fails to express the reality of existence, i. e. original being. Yuan. The object stated by knowledge is the matter's Heng, i. e. phenomenon. Phenomenon is a joint creation of subjectivity and objectivity. In the process of creation, the subject grants temporal and spacial qualities to matters, so phenome non is not true. The original being resides in producing and thinking, i. e. Yuan. Yuan is unfolded as virtues and ceaseless producing. To the original being, man keeps silent (for it is beyond the function of speech). Yuan is nothing but wu 无 nonexistence. However, we could attain to it by virtuous conducts.
