用物理气相沉积(PVD)的方法制备了结构为ITO/m MTDATA/Bphen/LiF/Al有机异质结光估器件。在能量为4mW/cm2的365nm波长的紫外光从ITO电极方向照射下,器件的开路电压、短路电流和填充因子分别为1.3V、0.089mA/cm2和0.22,对应的能量转换效率为0.64%;在直流电压驱动下,器件表现电致发光(EL)特性,发黄色光,其阈值电压为4V,14V时达到最大亮度为1350cd/m2,研究证明它来自于有机界面的激基复合物发射。
