In the power telecom networks, the distance between two nodes is always too long to use the normal optical transceiver, so we have to use Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier (EDFA) additionally. In order to design and maintain the long-distance optical communication systems conveniently, referring to the EDFA using modes for Jiangsu power telecom network, this paper summarizes the general EDFA configure table. Furthermore, focused on the cases that the normal EDFA plus PRE-EDFA still can not satisfy the requirement of signal level in some "Extra-long-distance" optical channels, we give the special configure mode, which named as"FORWORD-PRE-EDFA", and we use "FORWORD-PRE-EDFA" in the constructing of the 270 km none-relay optical transmission system, which is from Lianyungang to Yancheng, and it shows that this scheme is very successful.

在电力专网光纤通信电路建设中,由于光纤节点间距离较长,超过一般光端机收发信电平的容许门限,因此需要另外使用掺铒光纤放大器(EDFA)设备。为了便于长距离光传输电路的设计与运行维护,文章针对目前江苏电力通信专网中已有的各种EDFA使用模式,整理出通用的EDFA配置表格。此外,还专门针对超长距离光纤传输电路中,普通光放大器与预放大器联合使用仍不能满足电平门限要求的特殊情况,特别提出了“预放前移”的配置方法,从而实现了连云港—盐城区间的270 km无中继光纤传输。

The integrated network management system(INMS) is an important method to insure the safety of power telecom networks.The traditional INMS is based on the protocol transition and center monitoring.It collects and analyzes all the network operation information,and then the data that have been analyzed was displayed on the terminal for operator.This kind of INMS can only supervise the network but cannot control the network directly.The KVM is based on key, video and mouse can be switched among different hosts,and we can not only supervise the telecom networks but also control the telecom networks by switching and controlling all the network management units.Under the precondition of keeping the net security,by using of KVM over IP,we can remote manage and operate the power telecom network,the net running will be more effectively.

实现对通信网管系统的集中控制与监视是保证电力通信网络安全运行的一个重要手段。传统的电力通信网综合监控系统由于采用的是规约破译与协议转换的方式,可以实现对网络的监视,而利用多机切换技术(KVM)对各台通信网管主机进行多机切换,既能对网管实现集中监视又能实现集中控制,从而真正实现对通信网络的集中监控,是一种实现通信网集中监控的新思路。而且,通过KVM over IP技术,在保证网络安全的前提下,更可以方便地实现对网管的远程操作和维护,从而极大地提高电路故障处理效率,缩短电路障碍时间。
