在2台35t/h锅炉上试验研究了文丘里除尘器利用废碱液进行烟气脱硫的工艺,脱硫后的废水和冲灰水循环使用,可节约用水·阐述了不同参数对脱硫效率的影响。结果表明,文丘里除尘器脱硫效率可达60%~80%,除尘器出口排水pH值大于5。该工艺不仅可同时脱硫除尘,而且能提高文丘里除尘器出口排水pH值,减少尾部系统的酸性腐蚀,具有较广阔的推广前景。
