The duration of northern winterness wheat in Guiyang is more shorter than in Beijing and some characters of northern winterness wheat in Guiyang is also superior to Beijng. 本文以贵阳、北京两地1982—1985年秋播试验为依据,阐明北方强冬性小麦品种在两地均能通过春化反应正常成熟,在冬季短日配合下,冬小麦可以在较宽范围低温条件下通过春化阶段,短日对春化有促进作用。北方强冬性小麦在贵阳的生育期比北京短,某些性状似优于北京点的表现,为贵州开发利用冬型品种,提出了可行性依据。

对235个小麦品种(系)成熟期穗发芽抗性鉴定的研究结果表明,红粒品种普遍抗穗发芽,但不少白粒品种抗性亦较强,颖壳颜色与抗性无关,山西省育成品种(系)的抗性稍差于国外品种。从山西省的152份白粒品种中鉴定出8份较抗穗发芽的品种,以供育种及专题研究利用。

New varieties of wheat resources were selected.It is proved to be a new technical way toobtain pure intergeneric hybrid translocationlines in a short time.

以小麦与多枝赖草的属间杂种后代为材料进行花药培养。通过采用“桥梁品种”杂交、营造适宜培养条件、连代壮苗、适时移栽、适期人工加倍以及自然加倍植株温室加代等技术措施,获得了小麦与多枝赖草杂种后代花药培养的成功,共得到了150多个后代纯系的种子。从中已选拔出一批具有外源基因导入的新种质提供利用。摸索出一条短时间内获得小麦属间杂种纯合易位系的新技术途径及方法。
