This paper deals with some characteristics of hull' structure and shipbuilding technology. The author suggests two classes of accuracy standard. In the paper,detailed tolerances of accuracy of the main technological processes of hull construction and hull principal dimensions are specified respectively. The rational accuracy requirements of the stern structure for some special ships and newly-developed ships such as tunnel-stern ships and double-stern ships are also made. The idea in the paper may be considered as a preliminary proposal of "The Chinese Hull Construction Accuracy Standard of Inland Waterway Ships."

本文在搜集和整理大量内河船舶船体建造精度的实船资料基础上,分析研究了内河船舶船体结构和建造工艺方面的某些特点。在稳定的生产工艺条件下,考察了船体建造主要工序的施工误差及其概率分布。通过参数估计和x~2检验,找到了误差的统计规律。鉴于我国内河造船企业之间在规模、设备、工艺水平等方面差异很大,所生产的船舶产品的复杂程度和工艺要求也十分不同,同时又考虑到建立我国统一的,基本的内河船舶船体建造精度标准的必要性和紧迫感,提出了A、B二级精度的建议,并对选择精度等级的原则作了说明。文中对内河船舶船体建造的主要工艺过程,如放样、号料、加工、预装配、船台装配以及船体主尺度等的精度分别制定了具体的公差范围;对内河船舶的某些特殊船型和新开发船型,如隧道船型和双尾船型的尾部结构也规定了适当的精度要求。本文可作为我国《内河船舶船体建造精度标准》的初步拟议。

According to Isao practical calculition method on rowing the vessel, this paper presents the new method of hydrodynamic coefficients for shallow draft plump vessel with double-stern based on the segmented fluid theory.The method makes up the defects of the ordinary strip method and others.Comparing with Frank′s method, the preparation for input data is simple,and the results from both are approximate. It not only can be easily opera-ted in computer by the method, but also takes shorter C.P.U time than that of Frank′s method. The method is convenient for the elementary designof seakeeping. The author believes that it is a practical calculation method.Further more, the paper has deduced the high revising order of bodyshapeaffection and has succeeced in giving explanation in theory with aid of per-turbation analysis to Isao method.

根据高梨、伊三夫提出的浅吃水肥大型船横摇实用计算方法,采用流域分割理论,推出一种适合双尾浅吃水肥大型船的水动力系数实用计算方法。本文方法弥补了多极展开法、普通切片法之不足,并与Frank法比较,输入数据的准备工作简单,易于上机实现,所用的C.P.U时间短,而精度良好,便于对船舶耐波性的初步设计。是一种较为实用的计算方法。本文还对高梨、伊三夫的横摇实用计算方法,进行摄动分析,导出该方法的物形影响高阶项,在理论上给予说明。

本文针对我省旅游热线─—苏杭线,通过双尾船型与惯用的内河隧道船型性能对比试验,初步阐述了双尾船型不仅深水性能优良,而且在内河浅水航道也表现了一定的优越性,从而为地方内河客运船型的更新换代提供了依据。
