However, there is adearth of information concerning bubble properties under such conditions.Basing on the theoretical pressure field around a bubble in the fluidized bed derived by Davidson, we developed a new pair of pressure probes located on common vertical axis to measure the bubble parameters : bubble rising velocity, bubble depth (diameter), bubble-ing frequency etc. The pressure fluctuation signals...

    Fluidized bed combustor uses coal with broad size distribution as fuel and operates at high temperature. However, there is adearth of information concerning bubble properties under such conditions.Basing on the theoretical pressure field around a bubble in the fluidized bed derived by Davidson, we developed a new pair of pressure probes located on common vertical axis to measure the bubble parameters : bubble rising velocity, bubble depth (diameter), bubble-ing frequency etc. The pressure fluctuation signals which were got from a cold model and a acombustor are analysed by statistical methods with the help of a computer. Correlation of the bubble parameters to solid properties and flow conditions by linear regression analysis results in the empirical equations. The results show that there is a great differece between bubble parameters in cold model and real combustor.

    本文介绍了一种根据沸腾床内气泡内外压力场分布情况所制成的,在常温和高温下均可使用的压力探头,和以这种压力探头为感应元件的测试系统,以及气泡信号的统计处理方法和系统。用这种压力探头对不同特性的宽筛分床料在冷模试验台上及热态试验炉内的气泡特性进行了测定,并借助电子计算机对气泡信号进行了统计分析处理,得到了不同工况下的气泡特性参数。对冷态试验工况下的气泡特性实验数据进行了多元回归分析,得到了计算气泡各特性的关联式。与此同时,在热态试验炉内还用氧化锆探头进行了气泡特性的测量,结果表明:两种不同方法所得的气泡特性是基本一致的。

    This paper has developed a new fuzzy method for average partical size measurement-detecting pressure fluctuation signals in bed,and processing the signals by power spectrum analysis and fuzzy analysis.The experimental results proved that this method could be used for on-line measurement of the particle size in industrial fluidized bed because of its reliable detection,convenient signal analysis and high accuracy.

    Bed height is one of the fundamental parameters in gas-solid fluidizod beds.Although the pressure drop method,temperature difference method,capacitance method and echo method can be used to measure the bed height,these methods are still not satisfactory for many industrial applications.In view of the internal characteristics of fluidized bed,a new method to measure the bed height was proposed on the basis of pressure fluctuation signals inside the bed and the average pressure drop near the bed surface level.Experimental results showed that this method is simple in principle and accurate in measurement.It can be used not only to determine the average bed height, but also the instantaneous bed height and its fluctuation range.Besides,this method is free from the effects of bed size,physical properties of the materials and the fluidized condition in the bed,and thus provides a new method for on-line measurment of bed height of industrial fluidized beds.

    料位高度是气、固流化床内重要的基本参数之一。虽然有压降法、测温法、电容法和回波法等可用于料位的测量,但是这些方法作为工业应用都不能令人满意。本文根据流化床内部特性提出了利用流化床内压力波动信号和料面附近的平均压力降测量流化床料位高度的新方法。实验表明,这种方法原理简单,测量精度高。不仅能测量流化床内料位的平均高度。而且还能得到料位的瞬时高度和波动范围;且测量结果不受流化床的几何尺寸、床内物料的特性及流化状态等因素的影响,从而为工业流化床提供了一种料位在线测量的新方法。
