Data such as wind direction,wind speed, sail force,center of wind presssure, angle of attack,and angle of sail direction can be automatically typed by computer. The system can also be used as imitating training apparatus,by which coaches can find out sailors problems,so as to correct them.

The setting of application conditions is convincent in use. 6. Two Kinds of methods with nonlinear compensation of spring——hanging-weight method and weighting method are applied. 7. The instrument precision is up to 0.508%. 8. The anti-jamming performance is raised by means of the filter of power supply and the reset function of the instrument.

By introducing the remarkable advantages of air spring used in the passenger car hanging device, as well as the general situation of it in overseas high speed passenger car, and the use of new pattern air spring in the semihigh speed and high speed passenger car in our country, this paper describes that the new pattern air spring system adopting the flexible rubber supporting, alterable throttle bore, augmenting transverse space of air spring, optimizing binomial hanging parameter, improving the car's stability, makes the air spring more suitable to the need of easy and high speed, and also puts forward the improved method for air spring hanging.
