Based on the boundary_layer theory, the macro_kinetics model is developed to describe the mass transfer and deposition processes of metal ions from bulk solution to particle electrode (PE) in the fluidized beds. The relation between the integration, growth and heat transfer in this process is established to expound the important role played in deposition by the influence of the reaction heat released at the PE surface and the non_uniform temperature distribution caused by hydrodynamics.
