The main results of two platform tests were presented. It has been shown that the determined volume efficiency of cylinder was η, 92.35% which was higher than that η_v=88% of Standard of Mechanism Section and the amount of wear of antifriction layer was tiny. The p/M composite material cylinder has more obviously technological and economical results as compared with the cylinder made of iron-aluminum bronze (QAL 9-4) and composite metal cylinder by casting.

This paper researches a new type of hydraulic motor,the main part of which is a noncircular planetary gear mechanism with variable center distance. The new type of low speed and high torque hydraulic motor combines planetary gear transmission with hydraulic motor technology, which is a perfect combination of mechanical transmission and hydraulic transmission. The paper, at first, briefly introduces the components and the principles of operation of the hydraulic motor,then discusses in detail the relationship between the structure,displacement and oil distribution of the hydraulic motor and the models of planetary gear mechanisms. After that,it analyses and compares the properties of different type of hydraulic motors. At last,an actual example is given.
