Abstract: Advertising on the Internet is one of the hottest topics in the circle. However, its operation turns out to be unsatisfactory so far. 作为广告界的一大热点,网络广告的运作效果却难尽如人意。从广告信息传播角度来看,对网络广告认知度低、广告与网站关系暧昧、传播信息与目标受众信息寻求发生错位,是网络广告在传播流程上存在的主要问题。针对这些问题,笔者认为,借助传统媒体,扩大对网络广告的认知度,理顺广告与网站关系,培养网民的忠诚度,是促进网络广告成熟的当务之急。

With the rapid development of information industry, internet advertising has become an acceptable and effective way to promote and market goods and service. As a result of the lagging behind of legislation, this new form of economy is currently in a state of disorder and confusion, resulting in numerous problems. This paper makes an analysis of these problems and puts forward some coping strategies to regulate and supervise advertising on the internet.

随着信息产业的高速发展,网络广告已经成为促使消费者接受新的服务方式的有效手段。但由于立法的滞后,这一新的经济形式目前处于无序无法、混乱不堪的状态,由此引发了诸多问题。对这些问题进行剖析,提出规范、监管网络广告的法律对策,将对结束网络广告的混乱状况大有裨益。
