The results showed that Peiai 64S was strongly sensitive to photoperiods at both stages of vegetative growth and pancical development under the condition of average temperature 20~25℃. Although both populations, purified and unpurified, segregated in critical photoperiod and temperature, the purified population had smaller variation in critical photoperiod and temperature than the unpurified one. The average sterile spikelet rate on selfing of the purified population treated with 13 h/24℃ was 99 6%, and reached the sterility standard of practical P/TGMS lines by the national “863” program. It could be used for seed production in the regions or the seasons with the photoperiod of longer than 13h and average temperature of over 24℃.

Different structures of PNIPA brushes on the surface of uniform polystyrene particles were obtained by using different feed composition and strategy with photo-initiation. Thermo-sensitive characteristics of the above resulting brushes were investigated. Furthermore, the influences of pH value and ionic strength of water medium were also studied. The results indicate that the phase transition temperature of PNIPA homopolymer brushes grafted on the surface is between 29 ℃ and 33 ℃. The phase transition temperature increases and the transition ranges tends to be broad when PNIPA brushes were substituted with P(NIPA-co-AA) or P(NIPA-co-NVP) brushes obtained by the copolymerization of NIPA with AA and NVP, respectively. However, the phase transition is not obvious if adding excessive hydrophilic comonomer. Two transition regions appear when both PNIPA and P(NIPA-co-AA) brushes were jointly existing on the surface. The interesting fluctuant thermosensitivity with wide ranges is found if both PAA and PNIPA brushes were simultaneously anchored on the surface. Moreover, swelling ratio of P(NIPA-co-AA) brushes increases in water medium with higher pH value. On the contrary, the above swelling ratio decreases with higher ionic strength and the excursion of its phase transition region is observed.

针对通过乳液种子半连续聚合法制得的表面带毛发状温敏性高分子刷单分散聚苯乙烯微球,研究不同接枝配方和工艺所导致的壳层不同高分子刷结构的温敏特性,并考察介质环境pH值和离子强度的影响。结果表明,纯PN IPA刷的相变温度在29℃~33℃之间,通过共聚所得的单一P(N IPA-co-AA)或P(N IPA-co-NVP)刷均使相转变温度提高,转变区域拓宽,当亲水性共单体的量过多时会导致相变过程不明显。微球表面同时存在PN IPA和P(N IPA-co-AA)两种高分子刷杂混时,会出现两个相变区域。而表面同时存在PAA和PN IPA两种纯高分子刷混合时,其相变过程不明显,且呈现奇异的震荡现象。此外,体系pH值较大时,有利于刷的舒展,表现出高的溶胀倍率,而离子强度增大则使刷的相变程度减弱,相变温度也发生偏移。
