By studying the effect of the adjustment of the lever arm length, a new idea is presented that the chief effect of the adjustment of lever arm length is to compensate the original errors of mechanism parameters, and at the same time it can make a certain compensation for the principle errors of mechanism as well. Therefore it's clear that the calculation of adjusting value of lever arm length should be decided on the precision targets of mechanism parameters. For multiple lever mechanism, the idea of equivalent arm length and angle is presented. From experimental practice, a method is presented through which the multiple lever mechanism can be equated to a simple single-stage lever mechanism which has a definite equivalent arm length and angle. Therefore the convenience is provided for simplifying the calculation and analysis of instrumental accuracy. After introducing the idea of equivalent arm length,it would be able to analyze and calculate the fixed quantitative relationship between original errors and adjustment of arm length according to the functional relation of the equivalent arm length. Thus, the indispensable theoretical basis is provided for determining adjusting value of arm length and making precision targets of mechanism parameters.

本文通过对杠杆机构臂长调整作用的研究提出调整杠杆臂长的主要作用是补偿机构结构参数的原始误差,与此同时对机构的原理误差也有一定的补偿作用,从而明确了应以机构各结构参数的精度指标为依据来计算臂长的调整量。对多级杠杆机构,本文提出了等效臂长和等效转角的概念,通过实例提出,可将多级杠杆机构等效为一个简单的具有一定等效臂长和等效转角的单级杠杆机构来研究,因而为简化仪器精度的分析计算过程提供了一定的方便。引入等效臂长的概念后,可方便地依据等效臂长的函数关系,分析计计算机构各结构参数原始误差与臂长调整间的定量关系,从而为确定臂长的调整量、制定机构各结构参数的精度指标等提供了必要的理论依据。

Self-made semiconductor thermoelectric sensors and a semiconductor thermostat were used in this calorimetric system.The thermostat operates in a temperature ranging from 0° to 60℃.The sensitivity of the sensor is 25μv/0.001k(not amplified). The versatility of this system has been demonstrated in the ability to make precision measurements in adiabtic or in isoperibol mode.The precision of measerements is about 0.06%. The value for the specific heat capacity of water, C_p(298.15K), was obtained to be(4.176±0.0126)J/k·g for measurements with the adiabatic calorimeter, and for the enthalpy of solution of KCl, AH(200 H_2O, 298.15k) was(17.556±0.011)KJ/mol for measurements with the isoperibol calorimeter.These results are in good agreement with the values recommended by the Physical Chemistry Division of IUPAC in 1974.

本文通过半导体多用量热计的研制和实验工作,证明了半导体致冷与量热学相结合的有效性。本量热计采用了我们自己设计制造的半导体恒温槽和温差电传感器。恒温槽使用温度范围为0℃~60℃,传感器监测温差的灵敏度为25μv/0.001℃。本量热计既能以绝热法操作,也能以环境等温法操作。测试精度为0.06%左右。在前一种情况下,用水来标定量热计,所得结果为C_p(25℃)=0.9981±0.0030Cal/g·℃;在后一种情形下,用Kcl来标定,得▽H(200H_2O·298.15k)=17.556±0.011KJ/mol。所得结果与1974年IUPAC的推荐值非常符合。
