Using vacuum brazing technology, hardmetal powders ( WC-Co, WC-Ni, WC ) and brazing alloy (NiCrBSi) were brazed on the surface of 42CrMo steel. The effect of different hardmetal powders on the wear resistance of brazing coating was studied and the wear mechanism of the coating was analyzed.

采用真空钎焊工艺,将硬质合金粉(WC-Co,WC-Ni,WC)及钎焊合金(NiCrBSi)焊到42CrMo钢基体表面。研究了不同硬质合金粉对钎焊涂层抗磨料磨损性能的影响,初步分析了涂层磨损机制。

A(Wc Co/NiCrBSi)brazing coating was made on 45# steel through vacuum brazing technology. The tensile strength of the coating and coating/matrix approaches to 100-140MPa and 300-360MPa,respectively, at different brazing parameters. Bonding mechanism of the coating is analyzed. The abrasive resistance of (WC Co/NiCrBSi) brazing coating is better than Co Cr W overlaying nad (WC 17Co/NiCrBSi) flame overlaying.

采用真空钎焊工艺,将WC-Co硬质合金粉和NiCrBSi(AWSBNi-2)合金粉钎焊到45#钢表面,得到(WC-Co/NiCrBSi)钎焊涂层。不同钎焊工艺下,涂层及涂层/基体的拉伸强度分别达100—140MPa和300-360MPa。初步分析了钎焊涂层结合机制。涂层的磨料磨损性能远高于同配比的火焰堆焊涂层及Co-Cr-W堆焊层

A composite WC-Co/ NiCrBSi brazing coating on 1045 steel surface was obtained by the vacuum brazing technique, using the WC-Co cemented carbide and NiCrBSi (AWS Ni-2) alloy powders.
