基于几种不同沥青材料及级配类型的沥青混合料马歇尔试验数据,利用灰关联分析法分析了矿料级配、沥青原材料的性质、沥青质量分数、毛体积密度、吸水率等指标对沥青混合料空隙率的影响程度,并得出各相关因素对沥青混合料空隙率影响程度的排序结果。研究结果表明:灰关联分析法用于分析诸因素对空隙率的影响能获得较好的结果。基于灰关联理论的排序结果表明:沥青质量分数是影响空隙率最主要的因素,粒径小于0.075 mm细集料颗粒尽管在沥青混合料中所占的分量很少,但其影响程度却很高,因此,级配中应注意粒径小于0.075 mm颗粒质量分数的重要作用;吸水率值的大小既反映试件的密实程度又反映对有效沥青含量计算的准确性,也是影响空隙率的重要因素。
