本文提出了变结构神经网络模型及其学习和工作算法。变结构神经网络可以有教师学习,也可以无教师学习,其学习过程没有迭代循环,权值一次确定,学习精度为0。数值仿真表明:对于非平稳环境,变结构神经网络皆有容错和弹性应变能力。

The control strategy of STATCOM used for maintaining the line voltage is presented in this paper. On the basis of this strategy a variable structure neural network fuzzy controller is designed. 提出了STATCOM用于维持接入点电压的控制策略,并设计出了相应的变结构神经网络模糊控制器,给出了控制器的DSP实现方案。开发出了采用变结构神经网络模糊控制的基于PWM控制方式的±300kvarSTATCOM实验装置。为了验证STATCOM装置维持接入点电压的性能,论文给出了装置在冲击性无功负荷和电网电压不平衡情况下的实验结果,实验结果证明了STATCOM实验装置维持接入点电压控制策略的可行性和正确性。
