With quasi-static cyclic loading to simulate earthquake, a full-scale COJ joint is tested in the Lab. The influence of local buckling and cracking on the failure of the joint is examined. Energy analysis indicates that the local inelastic buckling in the through brace dissipates most of the input energy. Comparison of N-joints shows that COJ has better seismic performance. A parametric study is carried out by using finite element method to investigate the influence of different geometry configurations on the hysteresis curves of the joints.

采用实验和数值模拟方法研究了一种新型海洋平台管节点在地震载荷下的响应和破坏情况。采用拟静态循环加载模拟地震载荷 ,对真实尺寸的试件进行实验 ,研究局部屈曲和裂纹等对管接点抗震性能的影响。能量分析表明 ,发生在斜支管中的局部屈曲消耗了大部分输入能量。与现在使用的N型管节点相比 ,该新型管节点有较好的抗震性能。采用有限元数值模拟方法分析比较了不同尺寸配置下 ,该型管节点的响应曲线

The paper presents the advantage of viscous liquid damper in application of seismic design. A kind of viscous liquid damper made in China has been tested by pseudostatic cyclic loads and the test results show that the damper maintains a good energy dissipation properety. Also some consideratons for stiffness of the damper support are included in the paper.

通过对满足规范延性要求的12根典型钢筋混凝土桥墩试件的线性和非线性地震反应分析,指出在近断层地震动作用下满足延性需求与延性能力比小于1 0的桥墩仍可能发生严重破坏和倒塌,若考虑桥墩的地震损伤性能,允许的延性需求与延性能力比不宜超过0 6~0 8。讨论了桥墩延性抗震设计中强度折减系数Rμ和设计基底剪力系数BSC取值问题。
