本文应用高效液相色谱法测定去痛片的含量。条件为:YWG—CH柱,甲醇/缓冲液(0.002M K_2HPO_4,用磷酸调至 pH8.0)50∶50流动相,柱前压120kg/Cm~2,室温22℃,流速1ml/min。在254nm 处进行检测。本文所用内标为乙酰苯胺。从所做的线性关系考察及回收率试验可以看出,结果比较满意。

本文系对原工作的补充,增加一个碱熔系统,不经分离直接采用:ICP—AES法测定方铅矿和闪锌矿中钪、锡、钨、硅、钛、钒、铬、铝、锶和钡。使原有方法分析项目从23项扩大到33项。方法简便快速,数据能满足地质科研要求。
