From above discussions we revealed the quantity relations transfering potential product forces created by education to real product forces, obtained the new methods to calculate the economic benefit of education and decomposed the techenological progress into labor quality and technical and managerial factors.

本文从三个公理出发,构建了一种反映教育对经济作用机制的数理模型——教育—经济转换模型。并根据生产率的本质是活劳动的这一基本原理,给出了反映教育与生产率之间本质联系的数理形式。同时,利用这一转换模型的乘积形式以及C—D生产函数获得了一种具体的统计估计式。从而揭示了教育所创造的潜在生产力转换成现实生产力的量化关系,并给出了计算教育经济效益的一种新的思路和方法,实现了技术进步中劳动力质量因素及被术管理因素的分解。

This study developed an Education-Economy Transform Model proposed by paper[1],empirically tested the model using data collected in Chinese industry. estimated the ability function, technique managerial coefficient and economic benefit of education. empirically verified quantity relations between education and economy. 本文从规模效益、结构效益、资源效益三个方面,讨论分析了我国体育学院的办学效益问题。提出近期在规模效益方面不应以扩大新建专业为主来扩大规模效益,而应以调整专业结构、扩大现有专业的招生数量、挖掘现有办学潜力为主来实现规模效益;在结构效益方面提出与其试图扩大学校规模不如在努力改善内部结构上下功夫,通过挖掘本校潜力、调整人员、专业及层次结构,以求更高的相对效益是较为理想的出路;在资源效益方面提出解决资源浪费严重问题,通过深化高校自身的制度改革,逐步形成新的科学有效的人事管理制度,提高人力资源利用率;充分挖掘本校的现有潜力,提高校舍、仪器设各的利用率,达到提高办学效益的目的。
